Qualities to be successful in this role

• Ability to be operational, hands on as well as strategic
• Strong background in hospitality
• Excellent communicator skills with staff and management
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work around a 24/7 day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Intermediate Computer skills

Required competencies

• Trade Chef qualification
• Food Safety Supervisor Certification
• RSA
