About the Role…

We are looking for exceptional applicants who are passionate about the hospitality industry and value being part of a driven and high performing Food & Beverage team. The role covers food and functions service, bar & tray service; snack menu service and prep, TAB & Keno.

Experience:

• Relevant hospitality or customer service experience
• Previous experience in Barista, Keno and/or TAB will be highly regarded but not essential

Essential qualities & behavior

• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including day, night and weekends to coincide with the club trading hours (9am-6am)
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to provide an effective approach to Customer Service delivery
• Must have, or be able to obtain, RSA and RCG qualifications 
• Ability to meet 7 day / 21 hour roster availability
• Driver’s licence and reliable car
