About The Role…

A rare opportunity has come to join the rapidly evolving and close-knit loyalty team at Parramatta Leagues Club.

 

Reporting to the Club Loyalty Manager, you will focus on relationship management, specifically developing and curating a memorable customer experience for our high value guests,

 

As an ambassador of the club, you will need to have a passion for creating thrilling experience and have the willingness to build long-term relationships with customers. It is imperative that you maintain impeccable presentation and have immaculate communication skills.

 

You will have the skillset to work independently and in a team environment and be flexible to working in a rotating roster.

 

As the successful applicant, your duties and skills will include but are not limited to:

 

 Responsibilities

  • Support the Loyalty team with driving both business and team initiatives.
  • Resolve guest complaints and report feedback to the Loyalty team.
  • Represent Parramatta Leagues Club and host special events and functions for and promote Club’s facilities and build relationships with guests.
  • Maintaining a line of a communication with members. Make calls and texts to members to resolve membership, account and general enquiries.
  • Assisting and/or fronting ClubShop / reception and assist with sales, membership and general queries as per business requirements.
  • Assisting with back office administrative duties or other tasks as per business requirements.
  • Ensuring adherence to the Club’s Responsible Gaming Strategy

 Essential Criteria

About You…

  • Demonstrated immaculate communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and grooming
  • Computer proficiency (including Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook).
  • Current RSA, RCG competency card or willingness to obtain.
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Ability to work a rotational roster; days, nights and weekends including public holidays or be flexible to rostering requirements.
