Due to internal promotion, a fantastic opportunity has opened for a hands-on Cellar Team Leader to join a tight knit Cellar team. Reporting into the Food & Beverage Manager, this role will ensure quality & control of stock delivery through supervising efficient cellar operations.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide effective feedback, training, leadership, support, and growth opportunities to Cellar team members.
• Proactively maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable working environment for employees in the Cellar, in accordance with WHS standards and club policies.
• Carry out Cellar operations tasks, accepting and checking deliveries, changing kegs, restocking bar.
• Assist Stock Controller when required.

About you:

• Experience in a similar role in Cellar operations
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a small, tight knit team.
• Hospitality industry experience (desirable)
• Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekend work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• RSA & RCG
• Forklift Licence
