Parramatta Leagues Club (PLC) is one of Australia’s most iconic Clubs in the Western Sydney region, strengthened by its sister club Vikings Sports Club (Dundas) and newly amalgamated Dural Country Club.  We are passionate about bringing together our community, supporting local causes, and offering welcoming experiences for our members and community by delivering exceptional service.

About the role:

As a member of the back of house food & beverage team, you will have a passion for providing high quality food in a timely, efficient, and consistent manner. You will have the opportunity to thrive in a variety of outlets including but not limited to:  K’s Noodle Bar, Jacks Bar and Grill, Bistro, and our new premium café outlet. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Cutting and preparing stock
• Cooking
• Plating meals
• Assisting with orders
• Maintaining Kitchen cleanliness

About you:

• Passionate about cooking food to the highest standard.
• Able to follow systems and procedures.
• Relevant trade qualifications and experience in commercial cooking (desirable).
• RSA/ RCG qualification or willing to obtain prior to commencement.
• Flexibility to work around a 24/7 day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
