Parramatta Leagues Club (PLC) is one of Australia’s most iconic Clubs in the Western Sydney region, strengthened by its sister club Vikings Sports Club (Dundas) and newly amalgamated Dural Country Club.  We are passionate about bringing together our community, supporting local causes, and offering welcoming experiences for our members and community by delivering exceptional service.

This is an exciting time to join our Club as we embark on the execution of our strategic plan which includes a refresh of our Clubhouse, digital transformation, expansion of our facilities as well as exploring potential opportunities in our precinct.

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Venue Supervisor at our satellite venue Vikings Sports Club (VSC). Our satellite venue, Vikings Sports Club, is our family-friendly community club located in Dundas. We aim to deliver a place where locals can enjoy great food, great value and great entertainment in a family-friendly atmosphere. 

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR:

KEY DUTIES:

• The ability to lead with a positive and motivated attitude to effectively supervise, mentor and provide training to team members.
• Overseeing implementation of RSA and RCG practices.
• Customer service and managing any escalations and complaints.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience as a Supervisor/ Manager in a similar Club or Hospitality environment
• Broad knowledge of all club operations including both F&B & Gaming
• Outstanding customer service skills – providing a wonderful experience for our members and guests and able to handle complaints in a professional manner.
• Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekends, late nights, and public holiday.
