About us:

Parramatta Leagues Club (PLC) is one of Australia’s most iconic Clubs in the Western Sydney region, strengthened by its sister club Vikings Sports Club (Dundas) and newly amalgamated Dural Country Club.  Vikings Sports Club is a real family friendly venue, with great Bistro Meals and Little Vikings, a play area for the young ones. We are passionate about bringing together our community, supporting local causes, and offering welcoming experiences for our members and community by delivering exceptional service.

About the role:

We are seeking Casual Gaming Attendants to deliver exceptional customer service to our VIP customers in a fast-paced gaming room. The ideal candidate will be flexible to work a 7-day rotating roster and have strong availability including overnights and weekends.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
• Bartending and delivering food offerings to patrons.
• Cash handling and assisting customers with machine payouts.
• Troubleshooting gaming machines
• Deliver accurate information regarding the venue and promotions.

About you:

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly can-do attitude
• Ability to work a 7 day rotating roster including late nights and weekends.
• Strong Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Driver’s licence and reliable car
• Previous experience working in Hospitality, Gaming, TAB & Keno (desirable)
• RSA/ RCG (or willing to obtain)
